A 20% non-refundable Waitlist Deposit + GST is required following application and approval to secure a position on the Shareholder Waitlist.The Shareholder Entrance Fee is locked in at the rate in effect when the applicant is accepted onto the Waitlist, with the Waitlist Deposit applied toward the Entrance Fee.Waitlist positions are established on a first-come, first-served basis once all application, approval and deposit requirements have been completed.
